FTP Wild Salmon

My son and I had an afternoon appointment and on the way home, he suggested checking out your restaurant. He selected the Fingerlings as our appetizer, the Backyard Burger for his entree and I choose the Wild Salmon. The Fingerlings were a hit and let's say the serving dish was clean. On to our entrees, my son loved his burger and my salmon was cooked to perfection with a lightly crisped skin. I typically avoid the bread, but when it's fresh out of the oven neither of us could resist. We will definitely be back! Great food and a great atmosphere. Also, our server was not only friendly but attentive and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!

Mushroom Risotto

The mushroom risotto was fabulously creamy with great depth of flavor - I have ordered it multiple times now, and my favorite way is with an extra skewer of the sirloin!

Shrimp Fettuccine

I tried this dish on my first visit to 412 and was pleasantly surprised to find out the pasta was made in-house. It was delicious! The shrimp was perfectly cooked, and the sauce was light. The hint of lemon complemented the dish perfectly. All of our appetizers, and my husbands burger, were spot on as well!

Bacon BBQ Smashed Fingerlings

Delicious! Big Serving Size-- enough for us both to stuff ourselves before our entrees came to the table! Definitely will order again!

Maple Leaf Farms Duck Breast

I have been fortunate enough to eat here twice in the past month or so. Both times I ordered the Duck as my entree and it was amazingly delicious! I did prefer the farro that was included in November over the fried rice in December. For appetizers the first visit, we got the cheese plate and crab cakes. At the second visit, we got the fried brussels sprouts. Everything was incredible! Both times we had wonderful service and we enjoyed the wines and the wine/cocktail concoctions! This will definitely be on our regular rotation!

Fried Brussels Sprouts

I love this restaurant! The Four Twelve Project is exactly what Moon needed. The food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming and the staff is very friendly and genuine. If you like Brussels Sprouts, be prepared for an awesome taste experience. I order these every time I come in for dinner.

Fried Brussels Sprouts

Met a friend spur of the moment, and shared the crab cakes and brussels sprouts with a glass of wine. Crab cakes were fantastic, but the star were the brussels. Crispy, and oh so good! We will definitely be back - is tomorrow too soon? ;)

The Bacon BBQ Smashed Fingerlings are to die for! We have been several times for dinner with friends and have met up for happy hour many times! It is a great place and the food, drinks, service and owners are fabulous!

Royale with Cheese

Possibly the best burger I've ever had. They cook it perfectly. Incredibly juicy. Im normally one who likes a lot of toppings but with this burger- just cheese is all you need. The fingerlings are phenomenal

FTP BBQ Meatloaf

The meatloaf is fantastic!! Great size portion. The meatloaf is always juicy and tender and always cooked to perfection. Packed with flavor and served with fingerling potato's. The BBQ sauce is one of my favorites very unique flavor.

Hot Sausage Fettuccine

The day I was there we had the scallop app and sausage pasta with peppers for the meal. We enjoyed a cider and one of the IPAs on tap. Really enjoyed the food. Love the décor and everything they did to the place. Wish them many years of success!

Bruschetta

This is one of my favorite appetizers and 412 Project has the best. It's a definite when we go. (Along with the stuffed peppers, the Smashed Bacon BBQ potatoes and ANY of the risotto dishes.) My husband and I love this resturant!

Grilled Sirloin Steak Skewer

My mom and I came here for dinner and we were blown away! The service was excellent despite being busy. The waitress was attentive and answered all of our questions. We started with the Brussel sprouts and they were gone before I could get a picture! Then I had the sirloin skewer while my mom ordered the shrimp skewers. We each took home leftovers AND ordered more to take home to my sister and now she is hooked as well! 412 is our new favorite restaurant and we can't wait to come back! Thanks so much!

Shrimp and Scallop Risotto

I LOVE the Four Twelve Project. I have been here several times, for a low key dinner to a large party and a rehersal dinner. Each time, the food and drinks were exquisite and delicious. Our servers were incredible and attentive. I'm so glad we found this great addition to the Moon dining scene - even more exciting is that it's different! Don't forget to try the Maggie's Mule - umm, delish!

Single Chicken Skewer

This restaurant is amazing! The food and drinks are great, but the service is even better. It is a great place for families or meeting up with friends after work. Highly recommend many of the items on the menu!
